1. Business requirement communication: Industry partners communicate with Huanyu Trust about business scenarios, requirements, solutions, and other related content to establish cooperation intentions

Service certification
Academy of Broadcasting Science(ABS) is a service certification body (CNCA-R-20190561) approved by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China(CNCA) in the fields of entertainment, culture, and sports services. In order to standardize and guide all parties in the audio-visual content industry chain to carry out planning, design, integrated research and development, production and manufacturing, construction and operation, and copyright protection of audio-visual content digital copyright management systems in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, establish trust between upstream and downstream parties in the audio-visual content digital copyright management industry chain, and ensure the healthy development of the audio-visual content ecosystem, ABS has formulated implementation rules and certification schemes for digital copyright management (DRM) services in accordance with national service certification requirements, standards, and audio-visual content digital copyright management industry standards, and carried out DRM services certification for all parties in the audio-visual content industry chain. Through the implementation of DRM service certification, it has been confirmed that all parties in the industry chain have a stable ability to provide DRM services that meet customer requirements and applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, creating industry trust and safeguarding the industry ecosystem. Huanyu Trust (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (DTA) is the designated Trust Authority of ChinaDRM Forum. The participants in the audio-visual content distribution chain mainly include content providers (CP), service providers (SP), terminal equipment vendors (CA), solution providers, and other roles. When participants prepare to use ChinaDRM technology to protect content copyright, produce compliant terminal products, or test system compliance, they need to first sign the corresponding license agreement with DTA, become a trusted industry partner of the world, and then apply for DRM server certificate or client certificate.
To conduct business cooperation with Huanyu Trust, please refer to the following process:
1. Business requirement communication: Industry partners communicate with Huanyu Trust about business scenarios, requirements, solutions, and other related content to establish cooperation intentions
2. Confidentiality Agreement Signing: Both parties communicate and sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and after signing, Huanyu Trust will provide relevant information to its partners
3. License Agreement Signing: Choose to sign the corresponding license agreement according to business needs. If the business of the partner involves multiple roles, multiple license agreements can be signed simultaneously
4. Payment of Annual Management Fees: Partners shall pay the corresponding annual management fees in accordance with the agreement
After signing the license agreement, partners purchase DRM server certificates or client certificates as needed, following the following process:
1. Place a certificate order: After the partner contacts the operation personnel of Huanyu Trust, submits the certificate order and pays the corresponding fees, Huanyu Trust produces the certificate and delivers it to the partner.
2. Production Order: If the order needs to be delivered in batches, the partner can instruct the Huanyu Trust operation personnel to produce the corresponding quantity of certificates in batches and stages, and deliver them to the partner.
