It is jointly funded by China International Television Corporation, Huawei Terminal Co., Ltd., Hisilicon Technology Co., Ltd., China Mobile Migu Culture and Technology Co., Ltd., the Radio and Television Science Research Institute of the State Administration of Radio, Television, Guangdong Southern Television New Media Co., Ltd., and Tianyi Digital Life Technology Co., Ltd.
With the rapid development of the "5G+4K/8K" ultra high definition industry, the rapid iteration of smart terminals, and the continuous support of new generation audio and video technologies such as HDR and 3D sound, high-quality content services worldwide are showing a rapid upward trend. High quality content needs to be widely disseminated in an open network media environment, not only by adopting digital copyright protection, but also by expanding digital copyright protection from rights confirmation and protection to digital rights management (DRM) throughout the entire industry chain, from passive copyright protection after the fact to active protection before the fact, thereby significantly reducing the copyright losses and rights protection costs caused by piracy.
