The China Radio, Film and Television Digital Rights Management Forum (ChinaDRM) is the leading organization driving digital rights management standards and industrial ecosystem development in China. Established in 2004 under the guidance of the National Radio and Television Administration (NRTA), ChinaDRM is dedicated to securing audio-visual content, advancing technological innovation, and fostering global industrial collaboration. Its core technical achievements have been officially adopted as the ITU-T J.104x series, marking the world's first international standard for digital rights management.
