It is jointly funded by China International Television Corporation, Huawei Terminal Co., Ltd., Hisilicon Technology Co., Ltd., China Mobile Migu Culture and Technology Co., Ltd., the Radio and Television Science Research Institute of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, Guangdong Southern Television New Media Co., Ltd., and Tianyi Digital Life Technology Co., Ltd.
